You can transfer a call to another party in one of the following ways:
Blind Transfer:
Transfer a call directly to another party without consulting.
Attended Transfer:
Transfer a call with prior consulting
To perform a blind transfer:
- Press the Options soft key during a call, and then select Transfer.
You can also press the “TRAN” button directly.
- Enter the number or select the handset you want to transfer the call to.
- Press “TRAN” or the Transfer soft key.
The call is connected to the number or the handset you specified, and the LCD screen prompts “Call Transferred”.
To perform an attended transfer:
- Press the Options soft key during a call, and then select Transfer.
- Enter the number or you want to transfer the call to. Press OK to dial out.
- After the party accepts the call, press the “TRAN” or transfer soft key.
The call is connected to the number or the handset you specified, and the LCD
screen prompts “Call Transferred”.
How to set-up and edit Voicemail on W60H
- Dial 8579 and press the dial button
- When prompted for a password, enter 0000#
- Follow the voice prompts for listening, deleting etc. Voicemail messages
- Each time you access your Voicemail you will need to enter the password 0000#
- The Mail Icon will flash when a Voicemail has been received
- Press the Mail button to access Voicemail
- Once Voicemail has been listened to, the Mail icon will stop flashing.
How to check missed calls on W60H
- When a missed call has been received, it will be indicated on screen and the mail button will flash
- Press the mail button to see missed calls
- When missed calls have been accessed, the mail button will stop flashing
Call Forwarding

- Click “OK”
- Choose: “Call Features”
- Choose: “Call Forward”
- Click on Extension No.
- Choose: “Always”
- Click on the right arrow next to the ok button to enable forwarding and click the down arrow button.
- Type in the number and save
Repeat the steps to enter a different number or deactivate call forwarding.
